Exchanges & Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase with us within 7 days of completing the transaction, or 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase (or certain products within your purchase), you may return it for an exchange or refund as set forth below. 

 

1. Contact us at (+31) 20 221 34 83 or email us for a personal return authorization code. 

2. Complete the return form. Please inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. Don't forget to include a copy of this return form along with the products to be returned. You can download our return form here. Our return address is:

Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email informing you on its return status. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.

3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original labels attached to them. Articles will not be accepted if:

- it has been worn or washed
- you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself
- you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.

4. All order cancellations must be RECEIVED by us within 7 days of purchase or 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer)

5. All returns need to be RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

6. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
