Shipping & Returns
All orders within the USA are dispatched from our USA warehouse. Expected shipment time for US customers is 2 to 5 working days; we aim to deliver within 3 to 9 working days following the date your order is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Please not, local country import tax and duties apply to countries outside the United States.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s).
If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the product according to the below process and place another order at us.hoodlamb.com for the desired item. This will allow us to send your new product to you faster and your new selection will be less likely to be sold out.

3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original labels attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
- it has been worn or washed
- you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself
- you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.
4. All returns need to be RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase.
5. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
6. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase or within 7 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). To cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
