Expected shipment time is 24 hours after placing your order; we aim to deliver within 2 to 7 working days following the date your order is placed. In case of pre-orders, we aim to ship on the expected dispatch day. Please be aware that shipping can take another 3-9 days. Also note that if you order various products, all will be shipped by the latest date.
Please note, local country import tax and duties apply to orders placed from Canada.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition in original packaging with original labels attached to them.
If you placed a pre-order, you will have additional time to return your order beyond 30 days.

Returns sent beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
Articles will not be accepted if:
- it has been worn or washed
- you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself
- you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.
Canadian customers are also responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes for the return shipment.
Be sure to include your packing slip, or if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on HoodLamb, and order reference number.
We recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been issued.
