All orders within the USA are dispatched from our USA warehouse. Expected shipment time for US customers is 2 to 5 working days; we aim to deliver within 3 to 9 working days following the date your order is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s).  

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your purchase, please return the product according to the below process and place another order at for the desired item.  This will allow us to send your new product to you faster and your new selection will be less likely to be sold out. 

Return Instructions

Once we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email informing you on its return status. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.

3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original labels attached to them. 
Articles will not be accepted if:
- it has been worn or washed
- you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself
- you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.

4. All returns need to be RECEIVED by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

5. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.

6. Please note, shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.

Your right to cancel a Contract only applies to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them. You should also include all of the products instructions, documents and wrappings. Any product which is damaged or not in the same condition as you received it or which is worn simply beyond opening the product will not be refunded. You should therefore take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession.
